Robert V. Townes III has a diverse law practice that includes a wide variety of legal services. Robert provides general legal and strategic business counsel to small businesses, including formation, governance and dispute resolution. He also represents purchasers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions of businesses. Robert focuses much of his practice on estate and tax planning. He also represents Estates, Executors, Administrators and Beneficiaries in Probate and Administration matters.

Larry Woods

Larry Woods received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from Birmingham School of Law in 1977. He is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the State of Alabama as well as the United States District Court. Larry focuses his practice on real estate law including residential and commercial loan closings, foreclosures, refinances, contract and lease review, and landlord tenant issues.He also handles general estate planning, probate law and business organization.
Larry has been married to his wife, Sherl, for 38 years and they have three children.

Carrie Townes Cotney

Carrie Townes Cotney focuses her practice on issues affecting the elderly. She assists families in obtaining Medicaid benefits for loved ones who may be facing the prospect of nursing home care. Carrie also works with clients on probate matters involving the administration of estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions. Carrie also drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives and other documents relating to estate planning.
